Returns

The xustomer who is a consumer may, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to her/him, withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving any reason by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract of sale of the Goods in accordance with art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights.

The returned or exchanged product:

• should have original and undamaged packaging provided by the Seller,
• should be complete,
• have tags and security measures.
• it cannot bear traces of use.
